COURT DATE SET FOR SEWER DISTRICT DISPUTE

The dispute between the Village of East Aurora and the Town of Aurora over fees for the sewer district that serves Center Street will be heard in court April 19 in front of State Supreme Court Justice Nelson H. Cosgrove.
